Scott MacDonald – President

Scott is the president of Totalplan Inc. He brings to the table over 30 years of experience in designing, building and relocating corporate and commercial interiors. His hands-on experience has taken him from installing and servicing office furniture, to complete project coordination for multi-floor tenants in the Vancouver area. With his experience, along with the support of his team, there is a combined 100 plus years of experience in dealing with construction issues to ensure the best decisions are made.

Maria Theresa Araujo, CPA, CGA – Controller

Maria has been designated as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and as a Certified General Accountant (CGA) since 2005. She has over 20 years of combined accounting experience within the construction, finance and manufacturing industry. Furthermore, she is in charge of streamlining our corporate accounting operations and managing our financial matters.

Clayton van Vliet – Project Manager

Clayton has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. He has received security clearances by various governmental agencies, such as the RCMP and Fraser Health Authority, which has allowed him to work on hundreds of federal and provincial government projects. He is known for his ability to handle multiple projects effectively and demonstrates fortitude and attention to detail in even the most elaborate circumstances.

Andrew Jones – Project Manager

Andy has 35 years experience in the industry, including involvement in project management, interior design, architectural and engineering disciplines. He has also acted as Totalplan’s technical resource administrator with his accumulated experience and knowledge of building codes and building information systems. Andy has been involved in many projects including offices under the care of Public Works Canada and the U.S. Consulate office tower.

Andy Gribble – Project Manager

Andy has 25 years of sales experience in the engineering, design and construction industry. Andy is an Alumni of Bowling Green State University, where he majored in Business Administration. As a Project Consultant with Totalplan, Andy brings commercial industry knowledge along with a level of detail that ensures projects are delivered efficiently and provide the most value per dollar.

Svetlana Cherkasskiy – Senior Project Designer

 

Svetlana is an architect and interior designer who takes pride in her ability to transform spaces by bringing ideas and inspirations to life. With over a decade of experience in the industry, she has developed a keen eye for creating awe-inspiring surroundings.

Svetlana’s mission is creating interiors with a fresh perspective that uniquely reflect the client’s personality and desires. Her designs produce original results that keep the client’s needs and vision a priority. The result enables each individual’s style to emerge into a design that will inspire and promote their well-being. Furthermore, Svetlana is very detail-oriented and client focused.

Blake Geoghegan – Project Consultant

Blake has been in and around the construction industry his entire life, with professional hands on experience for the last 5 years. His excellent communication and coordination abilities paired with his extensive construction knowledge has allowed him to quickly transition into a management role. Blake is a young, determined professional that brings excitement and passion into every project.

Cristine Marcelo – Administration & Accounting Assistant

 

Cristine is a highly competent, motivated and enthusiastic Administration & Accounting Assistant. She provides assistance to the Controller, Project Managers, and serves as our office administrator as well. She is also a Douglas College student pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Cristine is an eager learner and is passionate about her work.
